Our Policies and Guest Guidelines

At Lahaina Luxury Health Spa, our policies are designed to support a professional, respectful, and restorative experience for every guest. The following guidelines outline how sessions are scheduled, how services are delivered, and how we protect both client privacy and practitioner well-being. By booking a service with Lahaina Luxury Health Spa, you acknowledge and agree to the policies outlined below. We encourage all guests to review them so each session can remain focused on comfort, care, and meaningful results.

Appointments end at the scheduled time to avoid delays for the next guest. Pricing is not adjusted for late arrivals.

 

  • If the therapist is late: your session will be extended to provide the full service time whenever possible.

  • If the client is late: the session will still end at the originally scheduled time.

A card is required to secure your reservation. As a courtesy to our guests and therapists — and to avoid being charged in full — we kindly request at least 12 hours’ notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment.

 

Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice, as well as no-show or missed appointments, will be charged the full service fee (excluding gratuity) and are non-refundable.

 

Exceptions may be made when mutually agreed upon, at the discretion of Lahaina Luxury Health Spa.

Comfort, Pressure & Consent


Your comfort guides the session. Pressure and techniques are always adjustable, and guests are encouraged to communicate preferences at any time. If any technique feels uncomfortable, please request an adjustment immediately. You may pause or stop the session at any time.

In appreciation of our island community, a preferred local consideration of $35 per guest is extended to Foundational Care sessions.

 

For residents who value consistent, proactive body care, we invite you to inquire about our Monthly Continuity Plan — a thoughtfully reserved offering designed to support an ongoing rhythm of wellness while extending preferred local rates.

 

Kindly inquire prior to booking so your adjustment may be graciously applied before final payment is processed.

Membership at Lahaina Luxury Health Spa is intentionally limited and thoughtfully extended to guests who value consistent, uninterrupted care. Designed to support a personalized rhythm of wellness, each tier offers refined privileges, priority access, and preferred rates — allowing the body to receive care proactively rather than reactively.

 

Created for those who view body care not as an occasional indulgence but as an essential investment in long-term wellbeing, our memberships preserve the elevated experience and scheduling integrity each guest deserves while offering gracious flexibility to care for the people you host.

To ensure your appointment begins smoothly, your therapist may arrive a few minutes early for setup.

Please provide:

 

  • any specific directions or entry instructions (gate codes, concierge check-in, etc.)

 

  • parking details (validation, loading zones, where to park, etc.)

 

  • a clear area for setup (approximately 6 ft x 8 ft is ideal)

 

Please prepare the space in advance so there is adequate room for the table and for the therapist to move comfortably around it.

Reserved primarily for our Maui community, the Monthly Continuity Plan is designed for guests who value consistent, proactive body care. By maintaining a steady rhythm of treatment, many guests find they experience greater physical ease, improved recovery, and lasting nervous-system support.

 

This preferred local offering reflects our commitment to accessible, ongoing wellness while preserving the elevated standard of care that defines Lahaina Luxury Health Spa.

 

Sessions are intended to be enjoyed within the active membership month to support continuity of care. The Monthly Continuity Plan is offered in limited numbers to ensure scheduling integrity and an exceptional guest experience.

A valid credit card is required to secure reservations.

 

Should your plans change, we kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice to adjust or cancel your session.

Each practitioner carries private professional liability insurance, and our therapists follow clear standards of procedure designed to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for every guest. Hands are washed prior to beginning treatment, the feet are gently cleansed with warm towels before bodywork begins, and hands are washed again before any facial or scalp work.

 

All linens, tools, and equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized between sessions. Throughout your treatment, guests are always welcome to communicate any preferences, sensitivities, or requests so the experience can be adjusted for comfort and safety.

You may undress to your own comfort level. Many guests choose to remove clothing so the therapist can work fluidly across the body without fabric interrupting massage strokes, which can be especially helpful for deeper work around the hips, lower back, and legs. However, this is entirely your preference, and appropriate draping is always maintained.

 

Before the session begins, your therapist will step out of the room to give you complete privacy to undress and settle comfortably under the linens. Throughout the treatment you will be professionally draped at all times, with only the area being worked on uncovered.

 

To maintain professional standards and comfort for both client and therapist, we kindly ask that guests do not request the therapist remain in the room while dressing or undressing. Our code of conduct requires complete privacy during those moments.
