Sessions may be enjoyed at any time within one year of purchase and may also be shared with a friend, family member, or visiting guest. Annual memberships do not automatically renew and may be transferred if plans change. Membership purchases are final and non-refundable. Our monthly memberships provide a simple way to maintain regular therapeutic sessions while enjoying preferred member pricing and priority booking.
For guests who wish to commit to a full year of restorative care, our annual memberships offer enhanced privileges, including deeper savings, extended guest courtesies, and additional member benefits. Each tier is designed to support a consistent rhythm of care while allowing your treatment plan to evolve with your body’s needs over time.
We kindly ask that appointments be rescheduled or canceled with at least 48 hours’ notice so the time may be offered to another guest.
Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the session value, as this time is often difficult to refill.
We understand that unexpected circumstances arise. As an independently operated practice, we approach these situations with understanding whenever possible and appreciate the same courtesy in respecting reserved appointment times.
Yes. Members may upgrade their membership at any time to access additional benefits and privileges. Simply log in to your member account to explore available options, or contact us directly if you would like assistance selecting the membership that best supports your care routine.
We accept major credit cards and secure electronic payments through our online booking system. For added flexibility, guests may also choose pay-later options through trusted financing partners such as Klarna and Affirm, allowing services or memberships to be divided into smaller payments.
Certain therapeutic services may also be eligible for HSA or FSA reimbursement when accompanied by a Letter of Medical Necessity from your healthcare provider.
As a licensed provider with a National Provider Identifier (NPI), documentation may also be available in certain cases for clients seeking reimbursement through their insurance or health benefit programs. Guests are welcome to contact us prior to their appointment with any questions regarding payment or eligibility.
Our memberships do not include a formal trial period; however, they are designed with flexibility in mind. Monthly memberships never expire, allowing you to use your sessions at your own pace.
For annual memberships, if circumstances change, remaining sessions may be transferred before the end of the membership term, ensuring the value of your care is preserved.
