Our practitioner structure is built to support a range of working styles—from 1099 independence to W-2 roles. Compensation adjusts based on responsibility, mobility, and setup requirements, with additional opportunities across support and operational roles.

Every detail is designed to reduce burden, support flexibility, and allow you to operate independently—within a system built for fairness and growth.

Practitioner Roles

Independent Contractor (1099)
For providers who prefer full autonomy, this model allows you to operate your practice with independence while benefiting from our established client flow and brand presence. You maintain control of your rates, supplies, and tax structure, while we support visibility, booking opportunities, and continued demand.

Structured Employment (W-2)
For those seeking a more supported approach, our employment model reduces the operational burden of mobile practice. With options to utilize shared supplies, established systems, and optional on-site support such as spa attendants, you can focus entirely on delivering care—without the demands of setup, logistics, or administration.

Across both pathways, our structure is intentionally flexible. Roles, responsibilities, and compensation are thoughtfully aligned with the level of support, mobility, and resources involved—allowing you to choose a configuration that reflects your goals, lifestyle, and preferred way of working.

Spa Support Roles

For those who are drawn to the world of wellness but prefer to work behind the scenes, we offer flexible opportunities designed to fit a variety of lifestyles.

From mobile spa attendants who assist in creating seamless in-home experiences, to local hub hosts who support supply coordination and preparation, each role contributes to the elevated standard our guests expect.

Positions are structured per service, allowing you to generate income with flexibility—whether working from home, supporting on-site setups, or assisting in the flow of each session.

Spa Attendant

Assist in creating a seamless, elevated environment within the client’s home. From table setup and linen preparation to the thoughtful presentation of oils and ritual elements, spa attendants ensure every detail is in place so the practitioner can focus fully on care. This role is independently scheduled, utilizing your own vehicle, with the flexibility to accept opportunities based on your availability and preferred service areas.

Local Hub Host

Provide a clean, organized home base for linens, tools, and treatment essentials. Hub hosts are responsible for laundering and restoring linens, sanitizing equipment to professional standards, maintaining inventory, and preparing thoughtfully assembled supply kits—ensuring each session begins with ease, consistency, and care.

Offer your space as a setting for elevated, private spa experiences

Private Sanctuary Partner

This role is designed for those with an existing space that is underutilized, such as a second home, private residence, or thoughtfully prepared room. Sessions are scheduled individually, allowing your space to generate income on a per-session basis without requiring full-time commitment.

In certain arrangements, a fully prepared treatment setup may be maintained on-site, offering a more seamless experience and increased earning potential. In all cases, we guide the process of establishing proper licensing for the space, ensuring everything is aligned with professional and regulatory standards.

As part of the collective, Sanctuary Hosts are invited into the broader wellness network—benefiting from consistent use of their space, flexible participation, and access to membership privileges based on the level of involvement.
